These days, in India, because of low calling rates, most of the companies have started using phone calls as the medium for marketing. Sometimes you will hear recorded voice and sometimes you will hear a real person speaking on the other side.

Recently I got one such call from some company. The girl on the other side introduced herself and the company she works for. I replied her saying, "I've already received call from your company. I'm sorry but I'm not genuinely interested in this offer".

She immediately disconnected the call without saying a single word. I atleast expected her to end the call nicely. To me it was a very bad marketing.
